This bacteria can produce volatile sulfur compounds (VSCs), leading to bad breath, also associated with certain health issues.

The easiest way to clean your tongue is with the right tool, a tongue scraper. A tongue scraper scrapes away the layer of gunk/debris and mucus-like coating from your tongue.

Use your tongue scraper after you brush your teeth. As always, we suggest starting slowly and lightly as to not damage or hurt your tongue.

STEP 1: Place the scraper at the back of the tongue and pull it forward to the tip of your tongue.

STEP 2: Scraper the tongue cleaner across your tongue multiple times at different angles repeatedly until there is no more debris coming off.

STEP 3: Rinse the tongue scraper each time you use it to keep it sanitary and clean. A gentle rinse with hot water or a quick clean with toothpaste is more than enough to keep your gunkii clean.
